Shipping

**Processing Time:**
All orders are printed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

**Shipping Rates:**
- Orders under $75: Adjusted based on location.
- Orders $75+: Free shipping
- Currently shipping within the United States only

**Delivery Time:**
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after production
- Express shipping: 2-3 business days after production (available at checkout)

**Tracking:**
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our apparel is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged items upon arrival

**If your item arrives with an issue:**
1. Contact us at support@consciouscontentco.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue
3. We will send a replacement at no additional cost

**We do not accept returns for:**
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (please review size charts before ordering)
- Normal wear and tear after use

Digital Products

Digital products (worksheets, guides) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, contact us at support@consciouscontentco.com and we will resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us at support@consciouscontentco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date
2. Provide your order number and tracking information
3. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if necessary

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
